Katie Lee and her father, Tom Lee, opened Katie's Pizza at 6611 Clayton in 2008. Katie and Ted Collier later opened Katie's Pizza & Pasta Osteria at 9568 Manchester in Rock Hill after a Kickstarter, around 2013. The Clayton shop closed in early 2017, when Tom retired. Town & Country opened the same year at 14171 Clayton. St. Louis Magazine reported in May 2022 that a larger room would go into Ballpark Village at 751 Clark, across from Gate 4 at Busch Stadium. That downtown room opened in 2023.

Rock Hill on Manchester is the weeknight door for a lot of inner-south and inner-west households. Town & Country is farther west, on Clayton Road, for people who already use 40/64. Ballpark Village is next to Busch Stadium. Time the drive at 6:30 from any house you are considering.
