Tschüss is at 2847 Cherokee Street in Benton Park West. The name rhymes with juice. St. Louis Business Journal reported a soft opening on October 19, 2024, in the old Blank Space building. The 'ssippi owners and Kalaija Mallery built it as a cocktail bar upstairs and a dance room in the basement.
