St. Louis County is municipalities, unincorporated pockets, and overlapping mail cities. A Chesterfield address can sit in Rockwood or Parkway. A Kirkwood pin can sit outside Kirkwood R-7. City of St. Louis is neighborhood schools, magnets, charters, and a large private market. Confirm the district on the district's own lookup, then confirm it again before you write.
Kirkwood R-7 is a compact district with one high school and a downtown people walk. Ladue schools are a line buyers will pay for even when the house is ordinary. Parkway runs Central, North, South, and West. Rockwood runs Lafayette, Marquette, Eureka, and Summit. Francis Howell and Fort Zumwalt split a lot of St. Charles County. Wentzville R-IV is the west-growing name.
If private school is the plan, say so. You may skip the public-line premium. The next buyer will still ask about that line.
